When you buy a big product for your building, like a movable partition, you want it to last. You do not want to buy it again in a few years. The biggest enemy for building materials is the weather. The weather is different in different places. In Southeast Asia, the air is often very wet and hot. This humidity can make wood swell up. It can make metal rust. It can cause mold to grow. This can make a wall look bad and work poorly.

In the Middle East, the problem is different. The sun is very strong and the air is very dry. This dry heat can make materials weak and brittle. It can make colors fade. Let’s talk about how we do this. We start with the frame of the wall. The frame is like the skeleton of the partition. Each panel of our movable wall system has a frame made of 6063-T6 aluminum. This is a special kind of aluminum. It is very strong and light. The "T6" part is very important. It means we heat the aluminum in a special oven to make it extra hard and strong. This strong frame stops the panels from bending or twisting over time. Aluminum also does not rust, so it is perfect for wet weather in places like Malaysia or Thailand.

For very tall walls, we sometimes add another frame made of steel inside the aluminum frame. This is like having bones inside a skeleton. It gives the sliding partition wall extra strength. It makes sure the wall stays perfectly flat and straight for its whole life.

The surface of the wall is also very important. We use a special kind of glue to attach the finish to the panel. This glue is not affected by humid air. So, the beautiful surface of your acoustic movable wall will not bubble up or peel off. For our customers in the Middle East, we use special finishes with UV protection. This is like a very strong sunscreen for the wall. The sun can shine on it all day, but the color will not fade. The surface of the retractable partition will not crack.

The parts that move are also built to last. Think about old sliding doors you have seen. Sometimes they get stuck and make a loud, scratching noise. This is often because they use cheap plastic wheels. Our system is different. The rollers that carry the weight of the panels have small steel balls inside them. These are called bearings. They allow the wheels to spin very smoothly and with almost no noise. So, your wall will always glide open and closed easily.

We prove our quality with tests. We test our track and roller system more than 100,000 times. This is like moving the wall back and forth ten times every single day for more than 27 years.
